Ok, I live in Kansas City so I thought I would do a simple search using the Jaaxy keyword research system that is included in the Wealthy Affiliate system.

I have used Google keyword research tool, Market Samurai, Niche Genetics and other keyword tools. Jaaxy lets me do so much more and is all web-based. FYI I hate having to download software to my computer as sometimes I like using a Google Chrome book to work on my online home business.

Well as you can see in the above picture ranking for 3 huge keywords in the Kansas City Area should be pretty straightforward if you apply yourself.

Keyword = word or words someone types into the Google Search Bar

AVG = number of times that word is searched each month

Traffic = If you ranked on page one of Google the amount of traffic you can expect from your SEO efforts for free!

QSR = number of websites that are ranked for that exact keyword

KQI = Keyword Quality Indicator Ranked from Green being easiest to Yellow then Red

SEO = This is a score 1 to 100 the higher the number, the easier it is to rank for

Domains = available domains on .com, .net or .org

This shows the top words people put into search engines is easy to rank for.

If I were an agent, I would pounce on this opportunity and build a site that would rank for these keywords.

Funny part this is only the tip of the iceberg as there are numerous other ways to rank and get your name as real estate agent out there.
